Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, played by Tom Cruise, glancing skyward as he leans against a plane. Paramount also confirmed that a new trailer for the film will debut on Monday. You can take a look at the poster below. According to the film’s synopsis, "Top Gun: Maverick takes place 34 years after the events of the original film and pits legendary Captain Peter "Maverick" Mitchell as the new flight instructor of Top Gun, in which he guides Bradley, Goose's son, who seeks to become a pilot much as his father was." Cruise is reprising his role from the original Top Gun, released in 1986. After weeks of unique costumed heroes, plot twists, and a stellar soundtrack, everything is expected to come to a head in tonight's season finale. If you want to make sure that you're tuned in for all of the fun, we've got you covered. The season finale of Watchmen, which is titled "See How They Fly", will air on Sunday, December 15th at 9/8c on HBO. ‘Game of Thrones’ Prequel Gets ‘Jessica Jones’ Director, Cast Announced

On Monday, the network named the director for the first episode of the Game of Thrones prequel, as well as the series regular cast. According to Deadline, The Defenders and Jessica Jones director S.J. Clarkson has been hired to helm the project's first episode, and serve as an executive producer. The pilot script is being written by Jane Goldman and franchise creator George R.R. Martin. HBO reportedly recruited Clarkson after her schedule recently opened up. Previously, the only two stars attached to the Game of Thrones prequel were Naomi Watts and Josh Whitehouse. That changed with this announcement on Tuesday as eight up-and-coming actors have signed on for roles. ‘Metro Exodus’ Will Launch in the Epic Games Store Instead of Steam

Deep Silver and Epic Games announced the plan to release the game through the Fortnite creator’s store on Monday ahead of the February 15th release date. Like other game creators who have shifted their games away from Steam launches in favor of the Epic Games store, Deep Silver’s CEO pointed to the revenue split Epic Games offers as one of the driving reasons for the decision. “We are delighted to partner with Epic to bring the digital PC version of Metro Exodus to market,” said Deep Silver CEO Dr. Klemens Kundratitz. “Epic’s generous revenue terms are a game changer that will allow publishers to invest more into content creation, or pass on savings to the players. E3 2018: Just Cause 4 Trailer Is As Crazy As You’d Expect
Following the leaks last week, Just Cause 4 made its official debut at the Microsoft E3 2018 press conference. The trailer was, as fans have come to expect, appropriately ridiculous, with protagonist Rico Rodriguez causing absolute mayhem, and we also got a release date.Mainstay Just Cause gadgets such as the grappling hook (said to be "fully customizable"), wingsuit, and parachutes make a return, as do vehicles such as jets and boats. Of course, you'll also be able to leap atop of a car and ride it to open up more absurd gameplay opportunities. You can also check out some screenshots below; as you'd expect, there are plenty of explosions and general shots of crazy Just Cause action.In the trailer, a giant tornado can be seen coming towards Rico and he leaps toward it, which can only mean good things for players.
