Nintendo shared more details on Animal Crossing: New Horizons ' Mario-themed update during the February 2021 Nintendo Direct. The free update is slated to arrive February 25 and will add a line of Mushroom Kingdom furniture, clothing, and other Mario-themed content to the life sim. The Mario items will be available to order from Nook Shopping starting March 1, and they include question blocks, Super Mushrooms, Thwomps, fire flowers, and more. You'll also be able to place two warp pipes on your island; if you enter one, you will emerge from the other, just like in the Mario games.
