The early-Noughties virtual pet website Neopets may be coming to a Nintendo Switch near you. Nothing's yet set in stone, but according to a new report by the Washington Post (£) that explores the impact of the demise of Adobe Flash on a whole generation of flash games, Neopets' current development team is reportedly looking to bring it to Nintendo's family-favourite handheld console. It looks like Batman writer James Tynion IV is introducing another new character to Gotham City. Tynion, who has already added characters like Punchline and Clownhunter to the ranks of Batman's supporting cast, rogue's gallery, and all spaces in between, and will soon be introducing the villain Miracle Molly in full in May's Batman #108 , will use April's Batman #107 to introduce readers to another new character. Following on from Sony's PlayStation 5 Showcase , where the console's price was finally revealed , PlayStation chief Jim Ryan has made it clear once again that there are no plans to launch a competitor to Xbox Games Pass. Microsoft offers the subscription service across both Xbox and PC, giving players over 100 games to download and play for as little as $10 a month. The kicker is that all of Microsoft's exclusives launch day and date on Games Pass, which is something Ryan doesn't see as sustainable. "These games cost many millions of dollars, well over $100 million, to develop. We just don't see that as sustainable," Ryan said in an interview with GamesIndustry.biz . If you've been playing Outriders, you might find a little less free space than expected: One player discovered that the game had stuffed 23GB worth of crash reports six folders deep into their C drive. I don't know why Outriders would store the equivalent of 7,188 copies of War and Peace in crash data. It's normal for Unreal Engine games to dump a bunch of data after a crash (they usually ask if you want to send it to the developer so they can figure out what caused it), but it isn't normal for the game to store enormous quantities of crash data on your drive long term. It looks like Sega may be remastering the 2010 Wii and DS game, Sonic Colors. As spotted by Twitterer @Kutairo_ (thanks, Gematsu ), German voiceover studio iksample revealed it had worked on the game in December 2020. Since then, however, the webpage reported to have leaked that information has now been deleted.
