Lovers of car carnage, unite: GTA Online has given new life to the popular Running Back Adversary Mode, albeit with a few new twists for 2018. This new version is called Running Back (Remix), and it trades out the buggy-esque BF Bistas of the original mode for turbocharged Tezeracts. All of that sound like a bunch of nonsense words spat randomly onto your screen? Here's some context: Way back in 2015, Rockstar introduced Running Back as an Adversary Mode (Adversary Modes themselves basically being small mini-games to play against other players in the shared world of GTA Online). It is, in essence, American football played with cars. One player, designated a Runner, has two minutes to drive a small hatchback vehicle from one end of an asphalt 'field' to the other in order to score a touchdown. In its original incarnation, everyone except the Runner drove dune buggies. In Running Back (Remix), they drive sleek supercars. There are seven new tracks to be found across the GTA Online map, and … [Read more...] about Play football with sports cars in GTA Online’s Running Back (Remix) mode

By Sherif Saed, Monday, 28 May 2018 16:02 GMT Dark Souls Remastered files contain an early design of Bloodborne’s Upper Cathedral Ward. More specifically, the Upper Cathedral Ward design has been part of the original Dark Souls release as well, meaning From Software created this early version during the development of Dark Souls, four years before the release of Bloodborne. What’s bizarre, however, is that the modder who dug them up didn’t stop at this amazing discovery, they also imported them into GTA 5 of all things. The video below has Trevor exploring this early version of the level, and even driving through it. Modder Dropoff told Kotaku that they found the design in a file titled “m99_99_98_00″, noting that files that begin with “m99” are typically reserved for unfinished and test assets. With the help of “3D software”, Dropoff was able to repackage it into something GTA 5 can run, hence the video. It’s not everyday … [Read more...] about Dark Souls Remastered files hide an early version of Bloodborne’s Upper Cathedral Ward, so here it is running in GTA 5
It is pretty hard to decide, what is weirder here? The fact that a Bloodborne Map is discovered in Dark Souls Remastered or the fact that it has been opened within GTA 5. Well, certainly you can now drive the car in that Bloodborne Map, which is pretty neat, at least from the looks of it. Turns out a modder has recently discovered a map of Bloodborne’s Upper Cathedral Ward from Dark Souls Remaster version and has successfully modded it into GTA 5. So apparently we have a level in a game from 2015, sitting inside 2018 remaster of a game, which was originally released back in 2011 and on top of that, we have Trevor from Grand Theft Auto 5 roaming around inside that map. The modder goes by the name “Dropoff” who took some time to enlighten the various queries of the fans regarding this weird yet interesting mod. According to “Dropoff”, the level or this Bloodborne Map is its own distinct file, in the data of Dark Souls Remastered, labeled as, … [Read more...] about Bloodborne Map Found In Dark Souls Remastered And Then Opened In GTA 5, What?
