Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery recently received a quiet update that mainly lets Hogwarts students continue Year 3. However, it also adds a new free energy source to the game, meaning players can routinely receive up to eight pieces of free energy a few times per day. The new update for Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery makes it possible to tap Peeves, the brightly-dressed poltergeist that haunts Hogwarts, for free energy. This brings the total free energy in the game up to eight at the time of this writing, with Peeves found at the East Tower, next to the Divination Classroom staircase. With Peeves, here are all eight free energy locations currently available in Hogwarts Mystery: East Towers – Empty painting to the left of the Charms Classroom East Towers – Peeves the poltergeist next to the Divination Classroom staircase West Towers – Flower painting to the left of the Prefects’ Bathroom Lower Floor (West) – Torch to the right of the Great Hall Lower Floor (West) – Middle suit of armor to the right of the Great Hall Dungeons – House Elf leaning against the wall in front of the Kitchens Castle Grounds – Stick on the ground in front of Hagrid’s Hut Lower Floor (East) – Stack of books on the concrete bench between the Library and History of Magic Classroom Even with the addition of Peeves as a free energy source, players will still find themselves hurting for energy while playing Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery.
